KIDS PROGRAMS

KIDS 5-7

In the Kids 5-7 class, students develop a foundation in the basics of Jiu Jitsu. In order to develop their foundation, this interactive course involves learning and drilling techniques, while incorporating games to ensure our students have fun while learning. Overtime, our students become more disciplined and gain self confidence as they are encouraged to always give their best effort in all they do, on and off the mats.

KIDS 8-13

In the Kids 8-13 class, students learn basic and fundamental techniques. In addition to learning techniques, the curriculum also includes drilling and sparring. This class focuses on developing individual goals as we help guide them in achieving these goals. Students grow individually, gaining confidence, strength, and perseverance, as they overcome challenges in jiu jitsu and in their own lives. They have fun learning, while making new friends and work as part of the team.

KIDS ADVANCED

Invitation only class

The Kids Advanced Program is designed to focus on competitive jiu jitsu. In this class, our student athletes learn and master high level techniques, as well as gain an understanding of the point system and strategies used in competition. In this program, our young athletes will build strength and self confidence, develop healthy attitudes and a strong mindset. Students are guided to set and achieve their goals, as they reach their fullest potential within themselves. Attendance requires permission/invite from instructors.

KIDS NO-GI

For kids 8-13 & Kids Advanced Program

Our Kids No-Gi Class adds a new dimension to their training. Building from our students current knowledge of jiu jitsu, they learn no-gi skills while gaining an understanding of how to adapt gi techniques into no-gi situations. This is an add on class. Students must wear a rashguard and no-gi shorts or gi pants to participate in this class.
